City Centre Sky View Apartment on 27th Floor

Location was great and easy access to the city. the apartment is very good, clean with great view.

The water kinda leaks in the bathroom when you take shower. Maybe the glass should be well fixed. But other than this everything is perfect.

The location is good and the view is great.

The code on the keybox did not work when we wanted to check in. It turned out that the cleaning was delayed when we called to find out what was wrong. We were promised a 12 euro refund since the apartment was not ready on time, but this did not happen. We had to leave our luggage and return later. The cleaner contacted the office to let them know that they should send a message when she was done. This did not happen, so hours later we tried the keybox again and now it worked. Unfortuanatly the apartment was not clean. There were rotting food remains in one of the kitchen drawers, toothpaste stains in the bathroom cabinet, finger marks on the windows and hair in the bed. As I complained about the cleaning, especially in the kitchen, we were promised a new cleaning next day. This did not happen. It took 4(!!!) days and several messages before they managed to clean the kitchen drawer. The bathroom smelled and the door to the shower had tried to be fixed with duct tape.
