Vieta labai patogi, gera, šalia įėjimo vartų į senamiestį. Apartamentai erdvūs, jaukūs kambariai.

Nepatiko tik viengulės medinės lovos, nes labai girgždėjo.

Nur die Lage und der Parkplatz waren in Ordnung

Sehr gestört hat uns, das es nicht drei sondern nur zwei separate Schlafzimmer sind. Das sogenannte dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein Bett im Flur vor den zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Bad im Obergeschoss . Darauf angesprochen reagierte das Personal arrogant und uneinsichtig

Priestranný apartmán v centre Talinu. Skutočne blízko do starého centra, v blízkosti reštauracie , kaviarničky, bary aj obchod s potravinami. Celkom fajn vybavenie apartmánu, nechýba umývačka, mikrovlnka, práčka, sauna.

Postele dosť vŕzgajú. Pokiaľ idete do Talinu viacerými autami, tak apartmán má len jedno parkovacie miesto! My sme parkovali dve autá, miestni nám vyfučali pneumatiky. Hodil by sa aj ešte jeden kľúč naviac.

The property is ideally located for exploring the old town, and is in a quiet location. It is spacious, warm and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The communication from the agent before arrival was good.

Three of the beds are incredibly squeaky (one in each room) so when someone moves in their sleep it wakes others up, and can even be heard through the walls. We also left my daughter’s iPad behind by accident but the cleaning staff reported nothing had been found (despite me having a location ID proving it was last seen in the apartment).

The location is good, the apartment is very spacious

The kitchen is very poorly equipped. Only an electric kettle. No coffee maker, toaster and one worn out frying pan. Poor utensils for preparing breakfast. No light in the hall, no lamp. Bathroom threshold/floor divider loose with sharp loose piece, had this already last year but not repaired. It was a very minor repair. From this and many other things you could see that the property has not been renovated or maintained. The value for money is not there anymore.
