LJ5 - Old Town Rooms with Exclusive shared Roof Terrace

Perfect location: super central yet quiet. Really sweet and helpful staff. Very good value for money. Fairly comfortable bed. Very nice little rooftop terrace

There are many smaller things that are lacking: a coffee machine but no cup, when you shower the whole floor gets wet and it never really dries again, the duvet is very thin so got really cold while sleeping

Easy and quick response from staff, the location was perfect, and everything was as advertised. Would definitely choose this place again.

I am giving this place a positive rating only so that my review will be visible to other people looking for accommodation. In reality, the only good thing about these apartments is the location. Everything else is very, very bad. The communication and customer service were extremely poor. Keep in mind that the apartment owners require a deposit to be transferred to their separate bank account rather than through Booking.com. The trip had been planned several months in advance, so the very next morning after making the reservation, when I received requests to sign numerous documents and click a separate link to pay the deposit, I asked to cancel my booking and refund my payment. The hosts communicated with me disrespectfully, lectured me repeatedly about their “rules,” and rejected my request. When I later wrote that I would come after all, they started suggesting that I cancel the reservation and simply leave them the money I had already paid.

Upon arrival, I found a dirty, uncleaned room: cobwebs above the bed and mold on the walls caused by humidity. The bathroom was filthy, and the shower curtain looked as if it had never been cleaned. In the shared kitchen there were not enough proper mugs, glasses, cutlery, or wine glasses. It was honestly ridiculous that there was a crumpled box of coffee capsules in the room with a warning that guests would be charged €10 if they opened it. We bought capsules ourselves for €4 and left some in the shared kitchen. I hope the cleaner left them there for other guests instead of putting them back into that crumpled box for the next visitors. During the trip we also received additional “rules”: we had to take out our own trash and make sure to start the dishwasher before leaving. The location and terrace may be good, but the service, cleanliness, communication, and overall experience were a disaster. We definitely will not return, and I would not recommend anyone ruin their impression of beautiful Tallinn this way.

Väga tore pisike tuba. Peale Tallinna vanalinna ja muuseumitega tutvumist on see suurepärane koht, kus ööbida. Väga ehe vanalinna kogemus. Katuseterrass on super. Raudteejaam, poed ja söögikohad on kõik väga lähedal.

Deposiit tekitas minus enne saabumist pingeid aga sain majutajaga sellest rääkida. Peale lahkumist tagastati see kiiresti.

Second time in that apartment. Very happy with location. Small cozy place. Vey lovely and comfortable.

At man må tømme egen pose med søppel. Forstår det om man har hatt mat på rom osv men rart å måtte styre med det selv når en skal sjekke ut.
