Stylish apartment with parking in Telliskivi

Great location

Sauna did not work. Also there was a huge spider in the living room. And by huge i mean the largest i have ever seen in Estonia.

bathroom door was broken & would not close, strong stale smell in the bathroom.

We booked this apartment specifically because the listing included a sauna. Only after checking in were we told that the sauna came with an extra charge, payable in cash only. Admittedly, we had missed the fine print. It was buried miles down in the listing, somewhere between apartment features such as a socket and a clothes rack: “Sauna, additional charge.” First time for everything. For a premium apartment, this felt absurdly inconvenient. Few travelers carry cash, and no one wants to hunt for an ATM just to use the sauna that is already sitting inside the flat. As a guest, you want all instructions and messages kept in the same channel as the reservation. This host insists on using WhatsApp for check-in, then used it to send lists of paid extras and upsells. More energy seemed to go into collecting small cash charges than making the stay smooth, pleasant and frictionless. The apartment itself faces an inner courtyard, with people walking right past the windows. The sun shines directly in, so it gets hot, but opening the windows or keeping the curtains open means giving up privacy. I would not recommend this property.

Het ophalen van de sleutels was perfect uitgelegd middels fotos zeer handig.De acomodatie is groot en van alle gemakken voorzien op loop afstand van een grote supermarkt en een food hal voor de deur zeer hip en leuk ook om te eten.Naar de oude binnen stad is een zeer korte wandeling dus de lokatie is perfect.ook prima verzorgd is de parkeerplaats voor de auto op afgesloten prive terrein.Het apartement had alles wat je nodig hebt grote ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien.Top lokatie voor meerdere dagen.

Väga hea asukoht, tasuta aiaga piiritletud ala auto parkimiseks, nõudepesumasin, ruumikas korter, vann.

Korter vajab remonti - sauna keris ei töödanud (kuumaelement oli katki) ja NB! Saun on lisatasu eest, wc ukse raam on katki (ust ei saa kinni ega lukku panna), mitmed rulood ei tööta enam õigesti, magamistoa ukselink tuleb tõmmates küljest, osades kohtades koorub värv (seintelt, lagedelt) jmt.

Hyvä sijainti ja parkkipaikka.

Erittäin huonot tyynyt ja patjat. Lapsille tarkoitettu patja oli tosi vanha/kulunut ja likainen. Sen lisäksi, kun tein varauksen, ilmoituksesta luki, että käytössä on sauna. Todellisuus oli erilainen, saunan käytöstä veloitetaan lisää maksua, josta ei ollut kerrottu ilmoituksesta (varaushetkessä) ja kun kysyin, kuinka paljon saunan käyttö maksaa, tuli selville, ettei sauna ollenkaan ole käytössä. Asunnossa vessan pönttö heilui, lapset pelkäsivät sen käyttöä. Vessan ovessa oleva lukko oli rikki.
