Casa Signorile

Struttura bellissima, appena ristrutturata e pulitissima. Tutti gli appartamenti sono molto luminosi ed è possibile usare una lavatrice in comune. Il doppio terrazzo sopra é meraviglioso ed è dotato di cucina al coperto dove io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo amato fare colazione ogni mattina. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, super disponibili e accoglienti, facendoci sentire come se fossimo stati in famiglia! Noi non vediamo l’ora di poterci tornare !

Our stay at Casa Signorile was fantastic! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. The terrace it is such a great area to spend the evening ,Signore Salvadore and his wife are friendly, was very accommodating and provided great local tips. We can’t wait to come back!

Location and neighbourhood was cool

Walking up to the third floor to get to our room but it was still fine.

Beautiful apartment with gorgeous wood doors and trim, lemon trees in the garden space, very spacious, clean, well maintenance & comfortable. A/C is cold, wonderful roof top kitchen and patio spaces with a view of mountains including Mt Vesuvius, excellent kitchen in the apartment and washing machine on the garden terrace. The couple are courteous and very helpful with parking and local directions

Could use a sharper knife or two in kitchen

Shops are nearby, the train station is 17 minutes away on foot, and the bus stop is 5 minutes away. Quiet street. Due to the heat, air conditioning and mosquito nets were missing, but regardless, the apartment is comfortable, spacious and clean. A safe base for reaching the tourist attractions of the region.

There were no mosquito nets in the living room and the bathroom, so you can't open a window for ventilation because of the mosquitoes. We had to buy a mosquito repellent device ourselves. Aggressive mosquitoes. There was a piece of air conditioning equipment in the living room, the rooms opened from the end of a 3-meter-long river salt, and we closed the room doors at night, the cold air barely reached there so the rooms were unbearably hot. The tap water is not drinkable, so it had to be bought every day, this was not included in the description. The constantly flashing green light of the fire alarm was very disturbing when resting at night.

The Host came and collected us, which was most kind. Salvatore was very helpful during a slight emergency and was so kind with his concern. The apartment had everything we needed. There are local shops and places to eat within 10 mins walking distance. We really recommend a visit to Ercolano - a much smaller version of Pompei. Because of the way it is set up it helps you understand Pompei - which is a vast site.

On paper the town of Pompei looks like it is well connected with Public Transport , however ... there are three different train stations in Pompei - for example. different companies do not share information. There are different bus companies, but are not all reliable. We did lots of walking because of this - which was not difficult, however it was hot !
