Good location, close to everything in town. Came with a parking spot which was great. Kitchen was fully functional, view was good, room was clean, bed was comfy, great couch. Bedroom heater was incredible.

The heater in the living room was very odd, could not for the life of me figure out how to operate it.

Internet didn’t work as wifi router had been turned off by next door.

Beds were really old, u comfortable and the mattresses were terrible. Substandard.

The location to the Thredbo ski fields were very convenient, and the view to ski fields were perfect to enjoy fireworks and flare run. There was an ability to wash clothes, use dishwasher, and reverse cycle heating if required. Ample amount of cutlery and plates etc if you’re the kind of visitor to cook own meals inside the room. Sofa bed and main bed were ample for comfort and a good sleep.

Over priced for its size and quality of amenities on offer (nearly 2.5k for 2night stay) - stock standard soaps, drying cupboard barely kept any warmth and essentially still had damp clothes next morning, the walls were very thin with hearing showers from neighboring property at all hours. The access to the room required several stairs to climb (although the booking did warn about this). Overall this property should be rated 6/10 - but I’m thankful that myself and my family found this room when almost everywhere else was booked. For those seeking “last minute or needed accommodation” you’ll pay premium price for a place to rest your head.
