Atendimento excelente, ótima localização e um excelente custo-benefício. A única observação fica para o estacionamento, que é rotativo e compartilhado, mas o local transmite muita segurança.

Não há pontos negativos estruturais, contudo seria positivo manutenção dos ventiladores de teto que estão fazendo barulho alto durante o funcionamento.

O apartamento é super limpo e organizado, muito perto da praia uns 5 minutinhos a pé, é muito confortável, completinho com tudo que é preciso, camas confortáveis, muito bem arejado,possui Internet wifi, uma ótima TV pra assistir se quiser. O dono é super educado, gentil e honesto. Valeu muito a pena, irei voltar e indicarei para amigos. nota 1000!
