Bardzo szczegółowo wyjaśnione info na temat odbioru kluczy

Doba kończyła się o godzinie 11. Mieliśmy wynajęte 2 apartamenty ale korzystaliśmy tylko z 1. Pozostała tylko kwestia oddania kluczy do drugiego niewykorzystanego apartamentu. W drodze do niego o godzinie 11.08 dostaliśmy telefon gdzie są klucze bo tam Pani sprzątająca już czeka...na miejscu Pan z pretensjami że "dopiero teraz oddajemy klucze"-przypominam apartament nawet nie naruszony. Lokalizacja tuż przy dyskotece więc nie mam pojęcia jak latem przy otwartych oknach można tam funkcjonować a nie ma żadnej informacji na ten temat...
