"Ottima posizione ma appartamento da sistemare"

Ottimi gli spazi (camere enormi), i 2 parcheggi privati per le auto, lo spazio esterno per cenare, la posizione (vicino al centro storico e al mare)

Mancanza aria condizionata e inferiate alle finestre (costretto a dormire con le finestre chiuse e al caldo). Scarsa manutenzione dell'immobile (pavimento in parquet marcio del bagno). Pulizia superficiale (abbiamo ripulito tutto l'appartamento e sgorgato lo scarico della doccia)
