Everything was very good

The location was very good and the building was nice.

It was not what I expected seeing all the good reviews and photos - a lot of things in the apartment we stayed were outdated- when my husband was closing window blinds, they fell off. There was different messy stuff in the closets - painting cans, boxes, wires. We had a feeling that the apartment hasn’t been cleaned properly - the rug at the enterance had dirt and dog hair on it, when making bed for our kids, we found food in the sofa. But the worst thing was the cigarette smell in the bathroom. And the thing that dissapointed me the most was that the owners already knew it because there was anti tobacco air refreshener left in the bathroom that did’t help in this situation. All the bathroom towels smelled like cigarettes and it was disgusting to use them after shower. I texted the property and they replied my after several hours and didn’t come up with any good solution except the proposal to contact them directly in whatsapp to get a better price next time, but we are not planning to stay there anymore.

Very good internet. Very clean apartment . And very good support. I have arrived to Vilnius at 10 am, but check in available from 15:00. I have contacted support. And they did everything that possible, to check in me at 11:30 instead of 15:00. Thank you so much for that!

Sometimes it was a little loud outside, barking dogs, music from cars. But after 11 pm was quite and comfortable. And some lamps did not work in the apartment. But for me it was not critical. Since there were many other lamps.

Location is perfect, apartments are clean and comfortable.

Nice appartment for two people in the middle of the center of Vilnius. It surprised us how quiet it was at our location. We arrived at Sunday en left on Wednesday so maybe that also had something to do with the quietness. Really nice bed, also nice shower. The hostess responded quickly and was friendly.

The location is superb - quiet, yet close to the hustle and bustle of the Vilnius old town. The apartment is modern, neat, comfortable, spacious and has all the key amenities. The host was super helpful, great easy process of checking in.
