My experience with this property was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, my wife and I had to wait over 1 hour and 30 minutes outside in the hot weather with our luggage because the host did not provide the access codes on time. Despite several attempts to contact them, we received no reply during this period. When the codes were finally sent, the message was given in a very cold manner, without even a basic apology for the unacceptable delay and the inconvenience caused. This lack of professionalism and courtesy completely spoiled the start of our trip. The apartment itself may be fine, but customer service and communication were unreliable and unacceptable. I would not recommend this property to anyone who values proper hospitality and respect for guests.

Nothing, everything OK.

Living area was fine as was the bathroom and we loved the location .Bath towels were white and new - bathroom was clean.

The gasses and crockery in the kitchen were not clean. One thin wiping up cloth not sufficient. The bedroom was dimly lit and therefore difficult to dry your hair etc and the bed was against the wall so had to clamour over my husband to get out of the bed. The verandah was very small but the wood had peeled off and didn't look great. Little changes would work wonders - nice cushions in the living room - good pillows in the bedroom etc

Central. Bonus with parking. Spacious.
