"Other than location it was not a great option for us."

The location was good.

False advertising on the washer and dryer. It did not work well at all and there were poor instructions. We had to ask to find the laundry detergent (under tv cabinet). It often would not open and the clothes never got dry. They should invest in one than more fan for the property for summer months. They should also leave better notes on parking options.
