Beautiful apartment, very clean and fantastic location for Windsor centre. We would stay again. Great shower.

Double bed. We’re used to a super king though so this could just be our preference

Booking accepted by Booking.com then separate ID verification required by independent company at my expense - something done as routine and free at every hotel check in- address not revealed until verification company paid - small scale, but still extortion. On noisy road with poor insulation.

Well furnished and comfortable.

There were problems with the bed but the handy man came primptly to rectify it. Bedroom windows could not be opened and so the room smelled rather musty. The living room window was faulty and was extremely difficult to lock.

Loved our stay in Windsor in this spacious very homely apartment. The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine. Very spacious bedroom which enabled us to store our 4 suitcases out of the way. Fantastic location enabling us to walk everywhere. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

Prior to our stay I was harassed twice a day including in the middle of the night by a third party called Superhog demanding that I set up an account with them, photograph our passports and take “selfies” for their records for identification purposes. They also wanted credit card details. I was very perturbed by this unknown global company requesting this personal information. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels/apartments over the years and have never received such a request. Google search results indicate that other accommodation seekers(elsewhere) share my concerns. We have enough problems with daily contact from scammers who have managed to obtain personal information about us, so the thought of possible further exposure by supplying very personal details to an unknown global company, with a very odd name, was very distressing. I was so stressed by their harassment It affected my stay elsewhere, and I considered cancelling my Windsor booking and foregoing the money already paid which was non refundable. I attempted to block them and just ignored their demands. **Tempstay the property managers located in Windsor were great to deal with.

The apartment was as you see in the photos. Everything was there to make a short stay very comfortable and relaxing. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy 😌 I particularly loved the closeness to town. There were no issues with checking in or out. Everything was explained clearly via emails.

Not too keen on a wet room would prefer a shower cubicle. The shower head was cracked and water tended to spray in a number of directions. This is not a complaint ( more an observation) as the shower pressure and temperature was good.
