The closeness to the centre, just behind the corner. The apartment was vast, with two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. We forgot to take the food from the fridge when leaving the apartment but we returned after teo hours and the owner was so nice to give it back.

It was rather cold but there was a possibility to turn on the radiators.
