Fantastisch appartement op een top locatie.

Naar de supermarkt is het 600m naar boven/benden lopen, een flinke wandeling. Maar het is een top locatie en de moeite waard.

Great little kitchen with everything we needed for a week. So clean. Near the lift but outside of downtown.

The 2-bedroom apartment was modern, spacious, immaculately clean and extremely well equipped. We had everything we needed to cook meals, including a Fondue set, which we made good use of. Upon arrival we found a selection of complimentary pods for the Nespresso machine ( a wide variety of pods can be purchased from the Migros supermarket). The welcome gift of delicious Matterhörnli chocolates was a lovely touch. We also received a number of discount vouchers for activities and stores in Zermatt, including a half price breakfast at the famous Fuchs bakery. The day after arrival we were contacted by our host asking if everything was to our satisfaction. We loved the quiet location of Chalet Fantasia and the unobstructed view of the magnificent Matterhorn from our terrace. You can also see the Gornergrat train crossing the Findelbach Bridge from the apartment. The centre of Zermatt is approximately 10-15 minutes walk and there is a free bus service. However, this was not running during our stay in mid September. We loved Zermatt and had a wonderful stay at Chalet Fantasia and will definitely return.

There was nothing we didn't like. However, we would have appreciated a choice of pillow as the ones provided were too soft, but that certainly did not spoil our stay.
