Very nice apartment. 1 min from the bus station. On the ground floor with garden (or snow space for kids to play). Well equipped. Convenient ski storage.

I love the fact that I could see the Matterhorn from the balcony. On the last night, when the sky was clear, I could see so many stars from the balcony. It was amazing. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals for the family. I am not sure if Disney plus was given by the host but the TV had Disney plus so we had movie night after dinner to rest. Since it has the Matterhorn view, it is obviously away from the main train station. However, there is a bus from the train station to the apartment. It was very convenient. But most days, we chose to walk up and down to and from the apartment because it was just a nice routine taking in the view. There's a playground nearby. And as you walk down towards the train station, you will pass by many shops that you can just patronize. I love Zermatt and I especially love my stay in this apartment. Oh yes, just outside the apartment, there is an area where there's just snow everywhere and it is knee deep. My family loved playing there. When we got too cold, we could just go back into the house. It was fantastic.

Nothing. But there is something that can be improved. The stairs are quite slippery if you just come back during winter because the bottom of your boots are usually wet. It will be good if some form of anti-slip can be installed. Other than that, I am really very pleased with the whole experience.
