Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. There will be no cleaning fee for stays of 5 nights or more. Stays with 12 nights or more will have an additional cleaning free of cost. Please note that Zermatt is car-free. It is located in the mountains and paths can be steep. There is a bus stop directly in front of the accommodation. At Haus Azalée (adjacent to Haus Fleckstein), minor noise disturbances outside of quiet hours may occasionally occur between August 17 and October 2, 2026, as well as in the spring of 2027, due to renovation work. Haus Fleckstein is not affected.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A deposit may be required at the property.
