Chalet Achat by Zermatt Premium Apartments

The host was waiting for us and showed us how everything works such as stove, lights, coffee machine and ect. in the room. We felt a warm welcome from the host.

This is a perfect place for us. We have no complains.

Just about any location in Zermatt is a good location since this is non-car city. WIFI works ok, apartment is clean.

There are number of problems. This apartment is advertised as 25m2 while it is 16m2 at best. Whole apartment lacks a single euro style power socket (I have never, ever seen that before in 30+ years of travel). Apartment has SHARED balcony so other occupants can walk in (disturbing, like a hostel type of facility). Apartment is less than 10m from major construction site so you can forget about sleeping after 7:30 in the morning (this is so obvious and a problem that the host will provide you with ear plugs?!?). You are also expected not to shower after 10pm. I have never, ever been so disappointed and mislead with accomodation as with this one.

The host was very kind and the property was clean with a kitchen and view of the Matterhorn . The location was accessible from the main town but in a serene quiet location which was a bonus !

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. It's ideally located for a ski village vacation, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. The apartment itself was comfortable with beautiful views, and the host was incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this ski village

The only downsize is it's a little small for two, especially if you're both in the kitchen at the same time.

Awesome location - just 5 mins walk (in snowboard boots) to the main lift Matterhorn Express. The room itself is great too - stunning view for the Matterhorn, very clean with kitchen with all the kitchen appliances.

We have just returned home after a 6 night stay at Chalet Achat. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is small and cosy but this was absolutely fine for us on a couple’s trip. There is a good sized wardrobe with plenty of hangers and room under the bed for large suitcases. The kitchen is well-equipped and we really appreciated the little extras in the cupboard like herbs & spices and even some herbal teas for us to use. The bathroom was great too, a powerful shower and a variety of towels & a decent hairdryer. The bed was also super comfortable. The apartment was lovely and warm at all times, perfect after being out on the slopes all day. There is also a ski room with heated boot rack just outside. Location-wise the chalet is perfectly situated between all lift stations, easy walking distance to Sunnegga and Matterhorn Glacier, and nearby to the food market and town centre. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and gave us an introduction to the facilities in the room when we arrived. All in all we loved our stay and would happily return! Maybe see you next year!

If I had to find something to say, I would suggest a couple of extra pillows as I like sleeping with two. But not a deal-breaker by any means!

Very clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment, it is clear that every detail has been thought of to ensure that you have everything you need. Wonderful view, in a quiet location and close to the center, Rosemary is exceptionally nice, we would be happy to stay in the apartment again.
