Phoenix Studio - Haus Astral - Zermatt

We didn't expect that the place could be so cozy and tidy. It could also see Matthorn all the time as we walked out of the apartment and easily walk to the bridge to take photos of it. We are content. Recommend it everyone.

Nice and clean apt for four adults.

A bit small, though. Window shade strings and shutter opening mechanism were broken. Don't understand why they charge CHF100 cleaning fee. Shouldn't that be just included in the rental?

Spacious and near amenities. Easy to get around.

Check in information not provided despite booking made 11 months ago. Almost unable to contact host if i did not bring my internet equipment with me and a power bank. Were outside of the house for 30 minutes in the dark trying to contact host and called host phone with no answer. Host only reply thru booking.com email system.

My family loved our stay at Phoenix Studio Haus Astral in Zermatt. We were comfortable, warm, used our kitchen and coffee pods, the host was very responsive and provided fresh towels for us. We enjoyed waking early every morning and watching the Matterhorn. it is 5 mins walk from the cable car and less than 10 to town, in fact we found paths that got us there quick, one being the bridge just down the road, we took the lift up and crossed in to the town. The Chalet from the outside is beautiful & inside we felt cosy. On arrival we took an electric taxi which cost 20chf but we think it was a rip off & they took the long way! nothing negative about our stay, we thank the host:) 10/10

Everything about this apartment is great for a small family of mine. It's small, but comfortable. Highly recommended

If there is anything, the heater at max does not feel that warm, but it's enough for the season I'm here
