War alles wie beschrieben!

Das Bad könnte mal renoviert werden. Das war aber auch schon in anderen Bewertungen zu lesen. Zudem wußte ich gar nicht, das es noch alte Drehsicherungen gibt :-). Zum Glück waren noch Sicherungen vorhanden, die ich austauschen konnte, da direkt am Anfang die Sicherung rausgeflogen ist.

"Limpio apartamento, buena calidad-precio para Zúrich"

Espacioso apartamento, calidad-precio de lo mejor que se puede encontrar en el área de Zúrich para un grupo grande de 5 personas. Salón y habitaciones espaciosas, decentemente arregladas. Cocina modestamente equipada. Apartamento entero, incluyendo cocina y baño, muy limpio. Variedad de servicios cercanos a pie o en coche.

Si bien el baño estaba limpio y funcionante, sería necesaria una remodelación para más confort. Sofá cama en el salón decente para niños pero incómodo para adultos. Parking en la calle limitado. Garage disponible en la propiedad con pago extra (sólo para vehículos chicos). La zona no es de lo mejor; pero uno igualmente se siente seguro. Ideal para una o dos noches de paso; no lo recomiendo para muchos días de turismo en la ciudad.

The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable, and it is conveniently located near supermarkets, public transport, and restaurants. Communication with the hosts was also very good.

On the downside, the bathroom walls have mold. The advertisement mentions private parking is available for a fee and with prior reservation, but it does not state that the garage is only suitable for small cars. This should be made clear in the listing, as I specifically booked this apartment for the parking facilities. Getting a parking place was quite a hassle. There is no microwave and lift.
