big space. very near the tram and bus station. Bed is big and linens are clean. Shops were near like coop, vietnamese restaurant, an apotheke and domino’s. Simple check in procedure. Host responded on time regarding our issue on early check-in ( though not accomodated as check in is at 4pm which i feel is a bit late for most of the properties we have stayed in EU).

A bit far from the center. The toilet has so much molds on the ceiling, windows and bath tubs. The kitchen facility lacks a microwave (though there is an oven) which is I think important for travelers. The table in the kitchen is only good for coffee and cannot accommodate a group of 4 people who wants to share a meal together. There were not much chairs/ seating facility so if you want to just relax you sit/ lay down in bed. I think the sofa was converted to a bed since this property accomodates 4 people.

La localización, tienes cerca varios supermercados, la estación de tranvía enfrente. El precio es excepcional para la ciudad de Zúrich

No es algo muy importante, pero debes saber usar cocina de gas si quieres cocinar ahí.

Lage top, Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr gut. Betten waren bezogen und sauber, ebenso die Handtücher. Man ist schnell in der Stadt, zwei Supermärkte in der Nachbarschaft. Direkt vor dem Haus liegt die Haltestelle Goldbrunnenplatz, man kann daher einfach in die City fahren oder laufen ca 25 Minuten.

Küchentisch war für 4 Personen zu klein und Stühle unbequem. Leider gab es keine anderen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Einrichtung sehr einfach. Es gab weder Sessel, noch Tv-Gerät.

Wohnen inmitten der Lokalen Bevölkerung.
