"Comfortable and magical."

It was spacious and comfortable. It was magical to stay right next to a castle. The house is old but has been upgraded and had all the facilities we needed.

The wifi only worked at the northern half of the house.

The property is in a good location just outside the town walls. The apartment is quirky and is sufficiently equipped.

The apartment had not been cleaned when we got there even though we arrived after the agreed check-in time and were asked to confirm what time we would be there. This was addressed after we raised it but there was a general lack of customer care - no attempt to check that everything was ok after the initial hiccup and clearly noone had checked that the apartment had been cleaned before we arrived. The photos make the place look bigger than it is.
