"Rude, unreliable host"

There is nothing to like about this property

The host is unreliable and rude. We informed him when we booked (2 months in advance) that we would arrive 2-3pm. We telephoned just after 2pm to say we would arrive just after 3pm. He told us he had rented the apartment to someone else. He suggested we stay in Vukovar, which is 83km away by car. He did not apologise, or do anything else to try to help.
