Unique special and warm with considerate touches

האווירה הייתה קסומה ממש! זידאן דאג לכל הפרטים לנוחות מירבית. הוא הגיע וסיפר לנו את הסיפור של החדר המיוחד הזה והיה אדיב וזמין לכל דבר. האווירה אותנטית ומיוחדת מאוד! כבר הספקנו להמליץ לחברים להגיע ולגמוע את האווירה של עכו ביחידה המופלאה הזאת! המיקום מושלם, היה נקי ומסודר מאוד! ובונוס- יש חדר חמאם בחדר עצמו שבנוי מעל בור מים עתיק!

לא היה לנו מקום נח לאכול בו ארוחה. מתאים יותר לזוג, חדר ההורים פתוח למרחב- שלנו אישית זה פחות נח

Everything was amazing and utterly magical! An oasis of tranquility and comfort within the Old City, the suite had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Akko! The kids were quite comfortable on the sofa beds, which already had sheets on them. And the kitchenette was sufficiently stocked with what we needed, including waters and soya milk. Finally, the history and story behind the Sarai is beautiful!! We would definitely stay again, as it rates as one of our top places we have stayed in our lives. Zidane was also super hospitable and helpful with recommendations and anything else we needed.

A special beautiful and authentic place. We had perfect holiday and enjoyed every moment. Very clean and aesthetic. Great welcoming

We loved everything

The suite is exceptional in every way possible! This is a one of a kind experience and we would absolutely return! Zidan, the host, is a wonderful person who made this trip even more extraordinary. Can't possibly be any better than this. Amazing!

Very kind host Beautiful facility

Very unique, authentic and beautiful , with a very modern equipment. Excellent customer care. Centrally located and safe.

The rooms are even nicer than the pictures. Its a very nice place, authentic and decorated. Location is superb - close to the seafront, old city market, harbour and shops. Reception is friendly and available. Had a happy hour on the roof with live music, drinks and nibbles - all for free at sunset. Was beautiful!

Maintenance can improve. Washroom door hinge reported faulty, not fixed till we left. Huge dead cockroach in the shower. Design was overdoing it to a point where things were impractical, example: couldn't lock that washroom door from the inside, which is uncomfortable when you have kids with you.
