Appartment had the right size for 4 persons

Pictures don't match. The balcony is bit dirty.

Too far from things.

The shower head in the ensuite wouldn't stay in the holder

Having to travel to the centre of the city to pick up the keys when this isn’t explicitly stated on the booking page is very dissapointing and quite irregular

The mattresse was a spring one and not that comfortable. A memory foam one are much better than metal spring ones.

Could be doing with a tv in the rooms, fire place wasn’t connected

Very spacious apartment, with great wi-fi reception. Also very quiet and nicely located (within walking distance of the Gordon Highlanders Museum and Johnston Gardens amongst other things). Quick and easy to catch a bus from there into the city centre (two bus companies serve that route, with a stop just round the corner), from where visitors can then catch further public transport to other parts of the city/shire or beyond, including the airport. Also nice that there was a dedicated parking space had I had a car with me.

I wasn't sure if the lock box where the keys were located were inside or outside of the office on Union Street (and thus would be accessible after 5pm; it was the latter) so perhaps that could be made clearer just to remove any doubt. In the end, some family members picked up the keys for me just to be sure and said the member of staff who came out of the office to speak to them was very nice and helpful. At the apartment building, I had no problems with the stairs-only access to the apartment; I was up to the top floor before I realised.
