There has been no communication with either of them. Ramsay has REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR EVEN TAKE 10 SECONDS TO REPLY TO A TEXT. IT IS RUDE. THEY LACK COMMON COURTESY AND ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT TOUCH WITH THE PROVERBIAL BARGE POLE. STAY CLEAR IF YOU WANT PROFESSIONALISM STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR HOSTS TO BE RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

Location, views, breakfast

Very unconfortable beds - the one in the master bedroom is too small for the bedframe. The second bedroom is really big enough for one person. Water leak and peeling paint in the kitchen above the sink and the worktop needs to be changed. Ageing sofa.

lovely wee apartment, everything was super clean, and the bedding was pristine and smelt amazing! the mattress was sooooo comfy, slept really well throughout the entire stay! super easy check in and check out. loved all the little extras from the cereals and fresh milk to the toiletries in the bathroom. had everything we needed and more. just a wee bit out of the city centre, but there are buses running every 15 mins into the city which takes about 7 mins, or you could walk it in about 20/25 mins.

some of the furniture is a little tired, just feels like the sofa and coffee table need a bit of upgrading, but that was it!
