Flat G/R 59 Erskine Street Aberdeen

Sophie’s property was excellent. It was perfect for a 2 week stay. It is close to a major retail park. It is extremely close to the university and is located in a safe neighborhood.

Convenient location to Uni, clean, quiet

The flat was great, apart from one discomfort during the stay. All of the amenities were present and everything was up to a good standard. It was pretty easy to receive the keys and gather all of the required information for a good stay.

The friends of mine that came over from another country stayed at the flat, and part of the ceiling fell nearly hitting them. Before everything fell, they were considerate enough and moved the hosts items aside to avoid damaging them. Since they both are in the hotel business, they were expecting the host to provide a refund for this discomfort, but nothing was offered, this was their major dissapointment.

The property was very clean, it had everything that anyone could want, and it was in a good location in Aberdeen.

Clean, warm and cosy. Parking could be awkward but there are spaces. Lots of things provided like clean towels and soap etc. Even tea bags and coffee.

Very comfortable. Nice decor. Lots of facilities. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Very nice place and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

Recommend host puts the information folder in a more obvious place. Eg.the kitchen table. And maybe also consider upgrading the towels.

Everything clean and some nice touches like the radio

The kitchen/living area was too functional. It really needs a comfy settee and a rug to soften it. The bed was quite uncomfortable

Location of the flat was perfect. Close to all amenities and within walking distance of everything you could possibly need. Sophia the host was wonderdul, super polite and available at all times.
