"Good location but inept property managers - Wifi doesn’t work!!!"

Location

Disappointed with the property managers - tried calling them atleast 20 times - they never picked up the phone - only responded on chat but never really resolved the issues. Biggest issue was that the internet/wifi doesn’t work unless you stand next to the router. Communicated multiple times with the property managers but it did not get resolved. So much so that I was asked by the property manager to call the internet company myself, was sent three different passwords none of which worked and was told I can leave the property if I have issues. Not a helpful suggestion if I have to book an alternative place at the last minute. Also no block curtains available in the property. Heating wasn’t working very well including water heating was a bit off.
