Que a pesar de decir a que hora iba a llegar no hubiese nadie ni me enviasen instrucciones para poder entrar y que ni nosotros ni booking pudimos contactarles por teléfono porque no lo cogían y no contestaban a los mensajes

The flat was a perfect location with beautiful views, great balcony, and very comfortable living space.

The electricity was not working when we arrived, it went out numerous times every day, we did not have air conditioning, hot water, or the ability to do anything that required electricity multiple times daily. We had no air conditioning at night to sleep the day we arrived from an international trip. The temps were high and humidity high (96/97F). Jonathan, our contact, never came to check on anything regarding the electricity. I asked for fans and he did not respond. He brought none. Jonathan did call an electrician and a technician and expected me to wait for them and handle the problems. No basics like hand soap for the bathrooms.
