This is a lovely cosy apartment. It's very spacious and the beds are very comfortable

There could be a few more pillows on the beds

Great location, good panoramic views of the beach. Close to bars and restaurants with the beach a short 5 minute walk. Good facilities, fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Private parking, bus and tram stop at the front of the property.

Not much to dislike, other than the the decor being a bit dated.

The apartment's location was wonderful. You were a block off Playa San Juan with accompanying views. There were plenty of outstanding restaurants, bars, and places to shop for amenities. There was an Alicante Tram stop directly outside the apartment that provided transportation throughout Alicante and up and down the coast with relative ease. We appreciated booking.com customer service doing their best to address our issues with other facets of the apartment.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay due to a misrepresentation of the air conditioning situation by the apartment and their omission of the fact that the apartment building's water supply was going to be shut off for half of one of the days during our stay. The apartment information claimed air conditioning. When we arrived to the multi bedroom apartment, we were walked through the large living room with beautiful views and air-conditioning. When we were shown the bedrooms the host identified the location of two fans to use to keep them cool. There were no air-conditioning capabilities in the bedrooms. We attempted to use the fans to push the cool air conditioned air into the bedrooms the first night, but it was unbearably hot. We spent the rest of that evening and the remainder of the trip sleeping on the couch and leather recliner in the living room. We were also not informed by the host that the building would be without water for half a day during our trip. We discovered the fact on our first excursion out of the apartment immediately after putting down our bags when we read a local sign posted next to the elevators. We felt as though the host was intentionally hiding this fact.

Location was 2 minutes walk from the beach and near lots of restaurants and shops. Easy to get into Alicante via tram stop outside.

It was a shame the swimming pool was closed at the beginning of October as it was still very warm.

Great location, just a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. Exterior walls are all windows so there's a lot of light and you can take in the views all the time (but there are also full exterior blinds that block everything out when that's needed!). Well-furnished so it would work for an extended stay (we were only there 3 nights).

My friends told me that they heard some of the street noise (eg- people leaving bars) one night. This is probably because we had cracked one of the windows open. I slept through all of it, though.

Proximity to the beach.

All the windows in the apartment are from floor lever and hence looked very unsafe for a toddler. The railing behind the windows had too wide gaps, seemingly enough for a toddler to push his body through.
