La literie n'était pas très confortable et mériterait peut être un petit renouveau. De plus, il est bon de noter que si des gens de fortes corpulence souhaitent rester dans le logement, la salle de bain est très petite. Il fait savoir que le store au dessus du balcon est bloqué dans une certaine position, vous ne pouvez donc pas profiter du soleil si vous le souhaitez. Sinon appartement confortable et bon équipement cuisine.

We were welcomed in front of the apartment by Kate, who was very kind and professional. Our first impression was how lovely and fresh the apartment smelled. Everything was spotlessly clean, and we were even provided with an extra set of towels. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need – from the kitchen to the bathroom, everything is excellently organized and well-stocked. The terrace is nice and spacious. Both the living room and bedroom have air conditioning, and there is a TV in the living room. The apartment also includes a dishwasher and a washing machine, along with detergents for both, which was very convenient. We had to check out a night earlier due to our flight, even though we had already paid for the following day. However, our flight was canceled, and Kate was incredibly kind to welcome us back to stay that night instead of having to remain at the airport. We truly don’t have enough words to express our appreciation for this gesture. We are extremely satisfied and would gladly return to this apartment. The location is fantastic – just a few minutes' walk from the marina and the central promenade in Alicante. The building has elevators, the neighborhood is მშვიდ and quiet, and there are supermarkets and bakeries nearby. Within a short walking distance, you can also find well-known brand stores and the El Corte Inglés department store. Everything was perfect 10+ rating! Thank you, Kate, for everything.

Poloha je jediným a nespochybniteľným tromfom tohto ubytovania. Apartmán leží na strategickom rozhraní, kde vás od hlučného centra plného barov delia len dve uličky, no v noci si tu užijete dokonalý pokoj. Obrovským plusom je aj bezprostredná blízkosť autobusovej stanice, kam jazdí priama linka z letiska. Ide o ideálny východiskový bod pre niekoho, kto hľadá ticho v pešej dostupnosti od nočného života.

Fotograf tohto apartmánu je nepochybne kúzelník, ktorému by som zveril predaj nehnuteľnosti, keďže priestor opticky nafúkol o dobrých 30 m². Realita je však taká, že toaleta pripomína skôr detskú maketu a legendárny zápach z kanalizácie, na ktorý sa sťažovali hostia roky pred nami, je zjavne trvalou súčasťou inventára. Jediným svetlým bodom v prístupe bola ochota majiteľa umožniť nám skorší check-in, hoci sme v priamom prenose videli, že narýchlo uprataný apartmán ostal v čistote na veľmi priemerný úrovni. Je fascinujúce, že ani dlhodobá kritika nedonútila nikoho vyriešiť chronický problém so smradom a stiesnenosťou, a tak majiteľov prístup ostáva jedinou náplasťou na tento priestorový a hygienický prešľap.
