The property is near a beach. there is a bus stop within 150 meters of the property.

All the utensils were worn out. The bed sheets were smelly. The sofa is quite old, and the second bed next to the corridor was so dirty. There is a clothing iron in the property, and it was quite dirty. there are bed sheets under the bed (there is info about it in the property. a kind lady gave us the key for the property and she did not mention anything about the property). While checking out, we were asked to leave the keys inside the apartment and close the door. When we were coming out of the building (we were not even told that there was another exit from the main building), we had to wait some time and ask other people for help to get out of the property. There is another safety door on the road next to the property. Without a key, it is not possible to open that door. Our Uber was waiting for us on the main road, and we were locked on the road next to the property. It was a horrible experience.

Das Apartment hat eine super Lage, 3 Minuten zum Strand und zur Bahnhaltestelle, überall gibt es kleine Restaurants, ein Einkaufszentrum ist ca 15 Minuten entfernt.Der View ist unbeschreiblich

Das Apartment befindet sich im 12. Stock.Die Klimaanlage ist so heiß dass ich Sie nicht nutzen konnte,die alten Pfannen und Töpfe wollte ich nicht benutzen daher bin ich lieber essen gegangen. Eigentlich musste ich erst alles spülen was ich benutzen wollte, die Spiegel und Fenster waren schmutzig und die Stühle auf dem Balkon sollten auch erneuert werden

Piękny widok z okna, fajna lokalizacja, bo bardzo blisko do plaży, a jak ktoś chce się gdzieś wybrać, to autobus i tramwaj bardzo blisko - do centrum Alicante ok. 4 przystanki. Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Powierzchnia mieszkania dla naszej trójki bardzo dobra.

Przy oknie (strona południowo-wschodnia) do południa bardzo gorąco, a markizy nie dało się opuścić. Okno się nie domykało. Na etapie zameldowania bardzo dobry kontakt, po przekazaniu instrukcji o pozostawieniu kluczy przy wyjeździe, kontakt się urwał.

U stanu imate sve sto vam je potrebno za kompletno uzivanje. Market postoji u okviru zgrade, apoteka je prekoputa, autobuska stanica koja vodi ka centru je ispred samog ulaza u zgradu, tramvajska stanica na 200m, plaza na 300m. Zuleika i Osmany su dostupni za sve sto vam treba sto se tice informacija i pomoci bilo kakve. Pogled je nestvaran sa 12og sprata zgrade. Imate dva bazena na koriscenje ako vam se ne ide na plazu. Sve u svemu 10 od 10.

Когда прилетели в Аликанте. Нас не встретило такси. Самолет задержался на 1.5-2.0 часа. У вас есть опция , что водитель такси должен отслеживать рейс. Он этого не сделал. Пришлось брать другое такси. Это было связано с дополнительными затратами. В следующем путешествии задумаешься стоит ли заказывать такси у BOOKING. Номер бронирования 557610786. Прилетели 16.06.25, номер рейса ВТ 689. Ждем возврат денег.
