The location, decor, comfort and lovely welcome.

The appartment is in the middle of the famous street with mushrooms monuments and you have a great view from the terrace:o) The location is perfect, the walking distance to all the "must see" places of Alicante, in the heart of area with shops, bars, restaurants and close to the Postiguet Beach. It takes just 15-20 minutes by tram or taxi to San Juan beach which is beautiful, not so crowdy, lots of sun beds and beach bars. I can not imagine better location. Although the apartment is in the city center it is very quiet. I recommend it especially for the families with children. The apartmenet is very large, it is bigger than on the pictures, it is the most cleabest apartment I have ever seen, fully furnished, you can find there everything you need:o) There is also coffee maschine and the drinking water what I appriciated so much, we did not have to buy any water during the day. Rafa was very nice, he asked us many times during the stay if everything is ok, he helped us with all the information about the trips, transfer, beach...Our flight was in the morning and we could leave the luggagge there at 9am in the morning, what was perfect! We checked in at 10.30am and has great check out at 12:00:o) I recommend this accommodation to all my friends who are planning the trip or holiday to Alicante:o) Thank you Rafa for our beautiful stay:o) And thanks to Maria for cleaning, she was great:o) Do not hesitate to book this accomodation, you will not find the better one in Alicante:o)

It's very spacious and comfortable with a lovely size terrace. Very well equipped in the kitchen. The location is very good, close to the centre and a short stroll to the beach and promenade.

Everything was great, but a slightly bigger table on the terrace would certainly improve outdoor eating.

Værten er fantastisk imødekommende. 2 separate afdelinger med hver sine badeværelser. Meget ekstra udstyr i lejligheden.

The property was amazing, lovely veranda, great location for everything.

The only thing we didn’t like was the non-privacy glass on the shower in the twin room
