Everything was perfect for our visit

Location second to none.

Host did not meet us on arrival on Monday. They accommodated us entering the house earlier and we left our luggage while the property was being cleaned. Host then text to say we should have left the cash deposit with the cleaners. When we returned the cleaners were gone so she asked for us to go to her office (on the second day of our second week of holidays to give her the deposit?). I reported the washing machine being broken on Tuesday. She said a handyman would be with us either Tuesday or Wednesday. I followed up on Wednesday. When the handyman arrived that evening mentioned he had just received a call. Washing machine was not fixable and the new one was not installed until the weekend and we were leaving on Sunday. The apartment is grubby, yes it was cleaned but what it needs is a deep clean. The furniture is dated /damaged and the beds are very uncomfortable. The throw in the sofa could do with a wash or two. A little bit of TLC would make this place amazing. Then we had to chase them to get our deposit back. Location was second to none, the rest not so good.

Great host with a great apartment in a great location

Excellent location and well appointed flat.

Difficult to get in touch with owner/company , tried WhatsApp and the phone number I had previously spoken to them on. Luckily there was no emergency.
