"Villamar - Relax"

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in einer schönen Anlage. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super direkt an der wunderschönen Playa San Juan. Direkt vor der Anlage eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die Bahn fährt nach Alicante oder Benidorm. Der Gastgeber, Francis ist super nett und tut alles, damit der Gast zufrieden ist.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

"Beautiful, feel like home stay"

Amazing apartment with everything you need for a longer or shorter stay, sunny closed terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or coffee, comfortable beds,quiet, clean and just perfect. You can see that Francis really put so much love and effort into the place to make it feel like home. The location is perfect near to the beach and also the city with a tram or a car. You have supermarkets, bakery, cafes and great restaurants around. Also the whole complex it’s so nice to walk around. The communication with Francis was great, and he was such a wonderful host. Thank you for that Francis! We will definitely come back as this was one of the best stays we had in Spain and overall in our travels.

"Exceptional"

Apartamento amplio, bien equipado y en con buena situación a 10 minutos de la playa, pero sin vistas al mar

Quizás se echa en falta algo de remodelación en la vivienda, se nota que son pisos que tienen mas de 30 años y no ha tenido reformas que lo actualicen, comparado con otros en los que hemos estado, bastante más modernizados.

"Great apartment"

Everything. Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Large balcony, good size toilets and bathrooms . The gym was a great plus! Swiming is huge ( we didn't use it due to the weather). Francis was very friendly and very helpful.

The area is a residential area so it can be quiet in low season periods. But to be honest the facilities are 10 out of 10.

"Great apartment, excellent location and lovely area"

We thoroughly our stay. Excellent location beside the tram stop, next to shop/bakery and 10min walk to a beautiful beach. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (as we travelled with a 2 year old) and was clean and comfortable. The host, Francis, is a gentleman. So kind and very helpful. Would recommend staying.

Perfect place for a relaxing family holiday , Very clean and spacious apartment, The Host is very helpful and friendly 😁 , Great location , many shops , restaurants and bars in walking distance and the beach is 4 miles long with golden sand and clear water 😎

"Bonita estancia"

El apartamento está muy limpio, ubicado en una urbanización con una piscina muy grande, jardines, parque. A unos 10 minutos andando de la playa de San Juan. En el apartamento hay libros, juguetes para niños, sillas de playa y toallas de playa. Francis es muy atento, te da recomendaciones y te ayuda con lo que necesites. A dos minutos en coche está el Mercadona y el Consum.
