The house is very beautiful and comfortable, tastefully furnished and equipped with every need for a relaxing holiday. It has a nice large and convenient car park in case you arrive by car. The place is strategic near the sea less than 10 minutes walk from the beautiful almyros beach and close to the beautiful city of Kalamata. The structure is managed by Kelly, a fantastic person who is very sociable and full of care. Highly recommended place and definitely worth returning.

lovely new Aparttment on ground floor . however building is not finished and grounds are not secured.

the building is still a building site. the first and second floor are under construction and I find this to be a breach of any safety regulation to hire only 2 rooms in a derelict building. definitely unsafe if you have children. this. reds to be made clearer in the advertisement. if I had known I would never have booked a place that is still under construction. definitely unprofessional even for booking.com to allow such rental.
