Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Great location but needs attention to some details"

Great location, well equipped townhouse, nice space

Cleanliness was patchy - A very smelly dog blanket in the master bedroom wardrobe, obviously doesn’t get washed. Some stains, dead insects, and dust in cups in kitchen cupboard. Top bunks in one of the bedrooms had no bedsheets on the mattresses, just a doona. No hard copy of apartment instructions, had to ring agent for soft copy and wifi password

"Location was good , but would have loved a spa"

The location was good

The fact we couldn’t really use the spa as it took to long to heat up . The key to the garage didn’t work properly The fact we couldn’t sit outside because it was wet from the sprinkler system Garden could use a tidy up .. after reading other comments it seems you don’t really care about reviews.

"A beautiful comfortable house in a perfect location."

Excellent location: a walk away from a beautiful beach that suits everyone from families to surfers. The house has everything: lovely places to sit, eat, relax, either in the sun or the shade. The back garden is a tropical delight with the spa in the middle. There were lots of little extras.

All the signs around the house. Only just had enough dishwasher detergent.

Terrific location. Beautiful beach. Very comfortable house with everything we needed. Great kitchen, coffee machine, etc. Several relaxing areas to choose from. Big dining table great for puzzles. Super comfy lounge with projector screen TV. We had a wonderful time and want to go back.

Having to drive 15 mins to and from Nelson Bay real estate to pick up and drop off keys, adding 30mins to travel times.

"A comfortable stay in a lovely location!"

Spaciousness of the house and bonus items such as coffee machines and bicycles. The location is fab, so close to the beach. Fact that it is pet-friendly.

The property could use a deep clean and some maintenance. Picking up and dropping off the keys 12 minutes away was a bit inconvenient. They could easily use a lock box.

"Not what it was last time"

kettle lid broken, spa bubbles didn't work, garage door only worked sometimes, whole one side of house's power short circuited twice and cost my husband hours upon hours of work time and kids TV time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
