The view from the window is good. Central location There is a supermarket nearby.

There is a lot of street noise; becoming extreme from 9pm. It increases throughout the night well into the early hours of the morning. Around 3 am it reaches its worst with a stream of taxis arriving picking up from the square outside. People are drunk and loudly screaming. Motorcycles spend time revving their engines to impress the crowd. The worst evenings are Friday and Saturday. It was impossible to listen to our own music or communicate effectively. It was was impossible to sleep most nights - very fatiguing over our 9 night stay! It was difficult to get a taxi in the morning We had to ask for the assistance of a local person to find one for us to avoid missing our transport. There is a lot of smoking around the premises - including in the apartment below; smoke was on the stairs and entered the apartment. Smoking occurs on the balcony below; Making ours impossible to use. The two restaurants below have customers smoking at the front and staff at the rear. The stairs are dangerous and have no handrail in difficult sections. They are narrowed by the lower flat having been extended onto the landing. We struggled to get our suitcases to the apartment. The owner told us he was absent throughout our stay. Contact was impractical, particularly given the intermittent, slow internet. The internet did not work in the evenings when we needed it most. It could have been cleaner - particularly the shower. It is a poor idea having a pebble floor that traps dirt.

Great location, it has everything an apartment needs. I like the design too, great for an old house like that. Couch is also long and comfy, I would say even comfier than the bed.

Hosts don't come in person and communication with them can be a bit difficult. For example, I called with a question while I was there and they never returned my call.

Excellent apartment in a central location of the Kapana district. Comfortable and quiet, despite being above an (excellent!) bar.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. There is no lift, so could be a problem if you have mobility issues, but no problem for us.

Perfect location in Kapana. The street is quiet but a short walk to the best restaurants. It's walking distance to all places of interest. Beautiful interior, every detail was pretty and functional. Very clean. Good soundproofing. Host is very responsive

If there's a washer, it will be perfect for longer stays. The washer is more useful than a dishwasher here because Kapana has the best restaurants. Still a perfect 10 for a 3 night stay.

The location was fantastic , right in the middle of Kapana with a balcony where we could watch all the action . Beautifully styled apartment with everything we needed . Loved the pebble floored shower .

This was a return visit having stayed four years ago and the high standards have been maintained. Excellently located roomy apartment in the heart of Kapana. Decor stylish. Facilities good. Many good restaurants are very nearby. Sad that we only had time for a two night stay.

The access staircase is a bit steep and difficult to climb with suitcases but no great problem for anyone fit and healthy.
