الفندق جدًا نظيف ومرتب فيه شطاف وفيه مكيف وفي الحمام فيه شامبو وصابون عبوات صغيره على عدد الأشخاص الموجودين في الغرفه وكل الخدمات متوفره وقريب من فوروم طرابزون وموظف الاستقبال متعاون وكل سرير فوقه منشفة مخدة ومنشفة استحمام، وفيه غلاية وثلاجة وادوات كوفي

we enjoyed our stay at Melissa Suite. The apartment was clean and spacious. The staff were kind and welcoming and the location was convenient.

The only thing we noticed was the noise. it was so noisy especially at night it could get pretty loud which made it hard to relax or sleep at night.
