O apto é bastante funcional. Apesar de simples, tem o que é necessário para alguns dias de estadia. É bem de acordo com as fotos apresentadas. A localização é ótima.

Se tivesse ar refrigerado nos quartos ajudaria muito! Ubatuba é muito quente no verão. Mas sabíamos que dispunha de ventiladores apenas, porém em todos os cômodos.
