Comunicação e atendimento, localização, piscinas, churrasqueira no apartamento.

Falta de cortinas nos quartos (entra muita luz e atrapalha o sono), barulho do chuveiro social, maçaneta da porta da suíte precisa de reparo, oscilação da internet.
