A cobertura é excelente, muito bem localizada, espaçosa, muito bem equipada. Próximo de tudo.

Na verdade é uma sugestão. Pessoas como eu, que gostam de cozinhar, achei que a cozinha e área de churrasqueira poderiam ter mais utensílios como: Bols, bacias e travessas para fazer saladas, preparar carnes. Itens que são bem baratos nessas lojas de utilidades do lar e que fariam grande diferença, vez que gostamos de curtir o apto.

Do vizinho de baixo do ap, pq não pode cair nada no chão que já liga reclamando na portaria .
