Stylish Apartment in Zverynas

Just 48 hours before my work trip, the owner canceled my stay without attempting to get in touch with me. I immediately called them, seeking an explanation and an apology, but to my disappointment, they provided no justification and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience caused. The situation was even more frustrating as I had booked and paid for the accommodation a month in advance, making it clear that they weren't overbooked as they had claimed to customer service. This inconsistency indicated that they had been dishonest. Subsequently, I had no choice but to hurriedly find an alternative property, which ended up being more expensive due to the last-minute reservation, not to mention further away from my work congress. The whole experience left me feeling quite let down and financially burdened.

There was no shower gel, TV did not work, the room was too small

The apartment is situated in a renovated student residence. Very clean, quiet, well-equipped. There are many excellent walking opportunities around.

Surprise visit by the host.

It was a bit confusing to find the entrance to the building. Some extra photos and photo of the actual door to the apartment would be helpful. Aah, and it would have been nice to find some sugar there. I have used salt by mistake… :-)
