Sehr gute Lage und eine geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und auch der Küche ist grundsätzlich gut. Die wesentlichen Schlaf- und Wohnbereiche waren sauber und ordentlich, der Service des Gastgebers ist sehr gut.

Stellenweise ist es nur oberflächlich sauber und die Wohnung wird nicht sehr gründlich gepflegt, Silikonfugen rissig, Fliesen verkalkt, kleinere Mängel an Fußleisten und Türen, Lüftung im Bad verschmutzt und defekt, das Licht im Bad war teilweise defekt, Geschirr bei Ankunft in Teilen noch verschmutzt, die Waschmaschine hatte Schimmel an der Türdichtung,
