We had a wonderful stay at Haus Florian Appartements. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is great – peaceful yet close to nature and activities. Special thanks to Doris, who welcomed us warmly, answered every question, and made our stay feel truly comfortable. Highly recommended!

"Slechte vakantie ooit week eerder naar huis gegaan"

Geen terras aan appartement. Terras is op parkeerplaats leuk tussen de auto’s. Ramen en gordijnen moesten gesloten blijven voor de warmte.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment in einer sehr guten Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar, bei ein zweiten Besuch würden wir wieder Haus Florian buchen.

"Et pænt og rent sted. Der manglede ikke noget virkelig sød værtinde og meget hjælpsom. Vi synes dog ikke, at prisen hang"

Pænt og rent! Dejlige rummelige soveværelser.

Sengene var meget hårde. Altanen var lille. Det var ikke muligt at spise udenfor som familie. Der står, der er bjergudsigt, hvilket også er rigtigt, men hovedsageligt kigger man lige ud i en nymoderne børnehave, som slet ikke giver den østrigske vibe, som vi søgte.

"Best place for skiing/snowboarding with family"

The owner of this guest house is very open and helpful, a nice person to which you can always ask for help and have it. Skibus in max 5min walk, Grafenberg station - 1 stop or 10 mins by walk, Flying Mozart 15 mins by walk or 5 mins by bus. Connections to all ski stations. A small number of restaurants, but the best pizza in Kia Ora (to go) is near this guest house. The kitchen is fully equipped, and in the bathroom you have a hairdryer.

Everything was perfect
