INAUThe service by Desmond from Coventry Homes was fantastic. The location is also excellent.
When we arrived there was a queen bed in one room and a single in the other. Desmond sorted this out and moved us to another apartment which only had 3 chairs for 4 people. He also sorted this out. The keys do not fit the exterior locks. Fortunately one of the locals tols us you have to press the trade button or we would be still waiting. We had to go to Coventry to pay for the parking as they do not have a credit card facility

USLocation was pretty good, walking distance to most places around town. Plenty of room for clothes in the wardrobes. Loved that it had a washer. Very clean, well maintained, nice comfy feel.
Three flights of stairs (no elevator) is not something we can realistically manage at our age, especially not with luggage. Also, the bed is small for two people, the couch is very uncomfortable, the shower seemed dangerous to get in and out of, and there was no microwave or baking dishes.
