The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Pets are welcome in our place, but there’s some rules: We allow only small dogs, no more than two. *Pets aren’t allowed on the furniture *No pets to be left unattended unless they are locked in a secure crate provided by the pet owner *Clean up after your pet immediately *Please bring your own pet food, leashes, bowls etc as we do not provide them *Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets Please inform us about your pet prior to check in. Please note we require payment of £80 per pet per stay. Additional damage deposit £300 required
