"Waste of money"

Nice and clean but no privacy curtains. Need to install

When I booked the property, there was mention air conditioning, but in reality no aircon there. It was too hot inside. There was selling fan, not run properly. I will provide the video if you ask. Thank you

"Perfect Sea Esta Studio"

The studio was beautifully set out, The bed was very comfortable. Liane and John had provided everything for our short stay although we always take our own tea, coffee water etc. Great location close to local theatre and restaurants 👌🏻 only 1 minute walk to the beach ⛱️ host was very friendly.. Enjoyed our night away to see a friend perform at Thirroul theatre.

The weather was cold and rainy but out of our control. Still enjoyed out night away.
