Excellent location, very good and spacious apartment. Host was very responsive.

There is laundry on the second floor. Was not easy to use - actually malfunctioned with clothes stuck inside. But this is not issue with host.

Great location close to everything. Private, quiet, spacious. Very clean and well-equipped apartment. The bunk beds were in a tiny room that would be perfect for young kids, but the sofa also opened up into a comfortable bed ideal for our son to sleep on. Zermatt is expensive, this was reasonably priced for such a costly town.

Most of the "instructions" in the house were in German, nothing was complicated but an English version might have helped
