Grand appartement avec un emplacement idéal, à 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et de la gare. Avec un parking en sous-sol mais il faut ajouter 37 euros par jour (non inclus dans le prix).

Appartement grand et confortable mais le seul soucis rencontré est au niveau du choix de la literie : beaucoup trop dure et ferme ! Donc réveils et matinées difficiles avec douleurs au dos et à la cage thoracique. Même ma fille de 25 ans légère de 47 kgs a eu mal au dos ! Dommage...

A cama de solteiro, com o espaço que tem, poderia ser uma de casal.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. Kitchen and utensils are good. The location is great, the tram station is only 50-100 meters away from the hotel. And it takes only 3 stops to reach Zurich HB. Check-in is very easy as we can contact the staffs at the hotel lobby to make a check-in for us once we arrive.

Because it is located near the tram station, so it is a bit noisy at night, if you don’t close all the windows.

The apartment was comfortably furnished and immaculate. The beds were wide and with good quality pillows; actually really comfortable to sleep in. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared ro have everything one could need. Two fob keys to access the apartment and really clear instructions at check-in for how everything worked.

Honestly very hard to find any reasonable flaw. Perhaps the management team's professionalism was overly present in a barrage of emails pre-arrival.

Super spacious and clean, plus the EMA team member who met up with us to walk through the whole check-in and show around the apartment is very helpful and clear in her explanation. Apartment is also right by the tram stop at L5 exit.

The entrance at L1 had many bees flying around near the floor gutter drain.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, helpful staff.
